Join the talented Opera Memphis Senior Conservatory students (ages 15 to 20) for a program of scenes from opera, operetta and musical theatre! Enjoy fully costumed and staged scenes from THE MARRIAGE OF FIGARO, PORGY & BESS, WEST SIDE STORY, DON GIOVANNI, KISS ME KATE, HANSEL & GRETEL and more. Along the way, meet two star-crossed lovers, a bird-man, silly friends, siblings lost in the woods and pirates. Don’t miss and…SCENE! presented by the Opera Memphis Department of Education and Outreach on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 7:00pm sharp at the Clark Opera Memphis Center, 6745 Wolf River Parkway.
