The arts are getting cut from state budgets across America. In Tennessee, we are fortunate that our arts agency, The Tennessee Arts Commission, has additional source of funding: the Specialty License Plate program! Last year alone, more than 70% of the money used to fund grants from the Tennessee Arts Commission came from the sale of these specialty license plates.
